Producers are responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and legality of the information provided for their product listings. C4E Zambia does not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or legality of any products listed on the Platform. We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to remove or edit content that we determine in our sole discretion to be unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, pornographic, obscene, or otherwise objectionable or violates any party’s intellectual property or these Terms of Service.

In no event shall C4E Zambia or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on C4E Zambia's Platform, even if C4E Zambia or a C4E Zambia authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
C4E Zambia may revise these Terms of Service for its Platform at any time without notice. By using this Platform you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these Terms of Service.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Zambia and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
